If you win an item, please review the invoice supplied and proceed to make arrangements for payment and pick up.
As an item sells on Pro Auctions auction block, the high bidder will be supplied with an invoice for purchased items by the next day (Monday) at noon. For items that are sold subject to approval of high bid, the high bidder should contact us and inquire if the high bid met the approval of the consignment client. Our goal is to sell 100% of items that are up for auction, therefore we are MORE than willing to work good deals that benefit both the consigning client and the high bidder!
Once an
item has been sold on auction the item will than need to be paid for in full
within 7 days of auction completion.
All
non paying bidders will be forwarded to collection for the total amount
of the selling price, a 6% buyers premium and any collection fee's.
Forms of accepted payment are cash, cashiers check,
certified bank check, post office money orders, and company checks accompanied
by letter of guarantee by the issuing bank.
After the item(s) has been paid for
in full, the items will then need to be picked up by shipping or transportation
company or the buyer at 624 Brady St. Chesaning, MI 48616, unless noted on the item
auction.
All items must be removed from their location from 14 days of auction
end, after 14 days storage fees of $10.00 a day will be charged to the item
balance. After 30 days all items which have not been removed from Pro Auctions
will be put back on auction block and any monies paid upon item will be
forfeited to cover additional expenses related to reselling the item.
All terms
are subject to change upon discretion of Pro Auctions management at anytime with
out any prior notice. Bids cannot be retracted without approval by Pro Auctions management.
We do not supply temporary license plates for
vehicles, trailers, or any other item that will be transporting via public
roads. Once an item leaves ProAuctions property there are zero warranties, guarantees
expressed, written, and/or implied as to the items condition, nature,
description, specifics or facts. We do not offer any mechanical advice or
service for any item that is on auction or has been sold.
We offer a loading
service to assist buyers with their purchased items and there is no additional
charge for this service. We cannot and will not be held responsible for any
damages that are incurred while using our free of charge loading service. The
service is not mandatory and should be used at the sole discretion of the user.
ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED AND PAID FOR IN FULL WITHIN 30 DAYS OF AUCTION END OR ITEM(S) WILL BE RESOLD AND NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN TO FORFEITED PARTY. PAST DUE ACCOUNTS ARE SUBJECT TO COLLECTION PROCEDURES.
